Tax court orders BSP to pay BIR P 2.3 billion debt
MANILA, March 13 (PNA) - The Court of Tax Appeals (CTA) has ordered the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to remit to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) P 2.3 billion in deficiency excise tax due the government from the BSP’s purchase of gold, the BIR said Friday.  Full Story
