Positive News Media – Philippines is owned and operated by Rayel and Company, Inc., a Philippine company, with offices in Cainta, Rizal. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws and statutes of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be enforced and litigated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
